Resharper Plugins - NHibernate and log4net

Looks like there Stefan Lieser has created a Resharper plugin that will help ensure your HBM's are kept up to date when you refactor. Seems its still at an early stage but it should prove very useful.

Achmed has also put together a log4net Resharper plugin which could also be very useful.

There is also a thread on both in the Resharper forum.

My definition of what qualifies as high turnover might be described as this. There can be a few employees that are related to the owner who have been there long term. Then there can only be one full time employee who's been there exactly three years and one contract employee who's been there longer than that. Other than that most of the rest of the employees can't make a full year either by their choice or the choice of an oppressive bully with the title of "Owner" who's management and people skills are either sub-standard or non-existant. If those criteria are met then it's my personal opinion that you have achieved the definition of high turnover but others could define it differently. It's all relative no?
